131.8 Today on the scale! I know it's a small success, but I'll take what I can get.. I've decided to incorporate walking into my daily activities as often as I can. For example last night I went to my parents for dinner so I walked with baby and met hubby there (he drove of course). Today I need to go to the bank and grocery store so i am going to bring my bags and and walk to both places. Also, my fall exercise program is starting this week:

Monday: Muscle Conditioning 1hr
Tuesday: Step Class 1hr
Wednesday: Aerobics 1hr, Pilates 1hr
Thursday: Pilates / Yoga Mix 1hr
Friday: Step 1hr

You would think that would be enough, but so far it hasn't been..I figure if I incorporate the walking, and better eating habits, together I SHOULD see some results!
