I have great news! It's been a week since I started my diet, and I've already lost 3lbs!! I know it doesn't sound like much but when you've been working out for months and the scale doesn't budge at all, 3lbs is HUGE. I feel great! Also, I'm really liking this diet. I've found that there are some delicious recipes, that are easy to make, and I'm learning what I should and shouldn't be eating. This helps, because I no longer see it as a "diet", and more of an education in health. Also, on the website it states that I should still see results if I follow this plan 80% of the time, and 20% of the time I can cheat..for example I was at a wedding on Saturday and so I cheated that night, but made up for it on Sunday by strictly following the plan, and exercising more. On the gym-front, I'm doing 2-3 hours of exercise most days of the week so I think that's helping too.

That's it for now, I just wanted to share my news as I'm pretty pumped to finally be in the 120's again! Phew, I thought it would never happen..Now just 10 more to go, or more but I'll decide that when I get there..
